This website uses Vinconomy's catalogue database to fetch item prices. However, this database is only updated when the inventory of a shelf/crate/etc. is updated. It doesn't update when the "Cost Per Purchase" or "Items Per Purchase" numbers change.
Until this bug is fixed, you can make sure the prices in your shop are correct by taking items out and putting them back in after changing the price values.
